From the Board of Commissioners

We are pleased to report that the joint informational meeting, held on October 18, between the board of directors of Southwest Delaware County Municipal Authority and the board of commissioners of Aston Township was attended by more than 70 residents.  We, the board of commissioners, began gathering information on the history of our sewer authority in the early part of August and committed to make public our findings so that we, and the residents of our township, could better understand the issues that have surrounded the sewer authority over the past 40 years.  We will continue working together and hold public meetings on a quarterly basis.

Congratulations to our newly appointed full-time police officers, Mikel Jones and Robert Jones.  We are delighted to have you on board!

Please make note that township offices will be closed on Thursday and Friday, November 24 and 25, for the Thanksgiving holiday.  Offices will reopen on Monday, November 28 at 8:30am.
