Senior Citizens have planned a trip to "3 Little Bakers –
Christmas Show." This year’s show is a nostalgic recreation
of some of the most popular Christmas arrangements of all time.
The same sounds our parents played for us and we now play for our
children will be performed live on stage with a dynamic cast of
singers and dancers. Do you remember

What's
a holiday party or even the traditional Christmas morning scene
itself without a beautifully decorated tree? If your household, as
those of more than 33 million other American homes, includes a
natural tree in its festivities, take to heart the sales person's
suggestion --"Keep the tree watered." That's good advice
and not just to create a fragrant indoor winter wonderland
atmosphere. Christmas trees account for 200 fires annually,
resulting in 6 deaths, 25 injuries and more than $6 million in
property damage. Typically shorts in electrical lights or open
flames from candles, lighters or matches start tree fires.
Well-watered trees are not a problem. Dry and neglected trees can
be. BeSafe-BeSmart!
Recycling
items will be picked up December 1, December 11-15; and December
26-29. Please note your calendars!
The
Township will be closed for business Christmas Day and December
26th. Trash pickup for the remainder of Christmas week, a short
work week Dec. 27th through Dec. 29th
will be as follows:
On
Wednesday December 27th, we will pick up trash normally
picked up on Monday and Tuesday. On Thursday December 28th, we
will pick up trash normally picked up on Wednesday and Thursday.
On Friday December 29th, we will pick up trash normally
picked up on Friday.
