New Development – Baldwin Run

As part of the construction, a new entrance to Aston Presbyterian is planned. The church entrance onto Concord Road is subject to Penn DOT approval.

New signs are everywhere on this section of Concord Road. Leary’s Pub owned and operated by the four Leary brothers is a fresh and inviting pub with a menu packed with edible delights in he-man sizes for lunch as well as dinner.

Another new sign for another new business is on the corner of Concord and Bridgewater where the Nagy brothers have established All Phase Automotive Inc.

Steve Regotti, CPCU, who has lived in Aston for thirty years. opened a new office at 2710 Concord, Suite 4. Steve is an agent for State Farm

Insurance and offers financial services and well as insurance products.

Steve is next door to Strategic Claims Services that specializes in administrating class action litigation for attorneys.  These people are very busy! A gentle giant of a guy named Matt was cordial enough to explain the somewhat specialized and complex services rendered by SCS in their high tech Aston location. Who would’ve guessed – look out Palo Alto – Aston has arrived. Thanks Matt – try a couple or three “rib filet” sandwiches at Leary’s; they’re just your size for an afternoon snack!

Just down the hall, Denise Stang and David Camp provide consulting services for all kinds of lighting specialties. Trading as LightLines, Inc, they are hard at work shedding light on all the illuminating possibilities for commercial as well as residential lighting applications.

Rendering much needed office services, Sharon R. Yarnall, dba Signature Office Services (SOS), managed to spare a moment to explain her expertise and services offered to an abundance of clients in the Real Estate, Home Inspection, Banking and Transportation industries.

Home Inspection Professionals & Assocs., LLC is a client of SOS and is located in the same building. They are the Premier Resource Co-operative for Home Inspectors and Home Improvement Professionals, providing administrative support, substitute back-up, training, networking, and marketing support for their clients.

Bradford Engineering Associates, Inc. is located in Suite 3 at 2710 Concord where they provide specialized engineering services to businesses and municipal governments.
Commercial Investigation Inc. is not that new to the neighborhood. They provide comprehensive “tailor made”, discrete investigative services to the general public.

2710 Concord Road

The building at 2710 is owned by Rick and Terry Yannuzi, owners and operators of Ricks Sheds next door  at 2760 Concord Road. Rick wasn’t available for comment. Although the sales staff stated that they’ve been in business for a long time, it’s hard to believe the story that George Washington slept in one of their sheds.
