1022.01 PROVISION BY TOWNSHIP.
The Township shall provide for and maintain lights upon such of the highways of the Township as the Board of Township Commissioners may, from time to time, by resolution, direct. (Ord. 77. Passed 4-1-46.)
As used in this chapter, “highways” includes State and County highways. (Ord. 77. Passed 4-1-46.)
1022.03 STATE OR COUNTY PERMISSION REQUIRED.
Prior to illuminating State or County highways, permission, where needed, of the proper body of the State or County shall be obtained. (Ord. 77. Passed 4-1-46.)
1022.04 PUBLIC UTILITY CONTRACTS.
The Board of Township Commissioners may enter into a contract with a public utility to provide the necessary plant and power. (Ord. 77. Passed 4-1-46.)
