No person shall remain in any public park in the Township between sunset and daybreak of the day following without a written exception from the Township. (Ord. 701. Passed 9-16-92.)
1062.02 CONSUMPTION OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES PROHIBITED.
No person shall consume alcoholic beverages in any public park in the Township.

1062.03 GLASS BOTTLES PROHIBITED.
No person shall bring into any public park in the Township any type of glass bottles.

1062.04 RESPONSIBILITY OF OWNERS RE DOG EXCREMENT.
Any person walking his or her dog in any public park in the Township shall clean up any excrement dropped by such dog during such walk. (Ord. 701. Passed 9-16-92.)
