1220.01 MEMBERSHIP; DUTIES AND POWERS.
The Planning Commission shall consist of up to nine persons appointed for the terms and in the manner provided In the Pennsylvania Municipalities Planning Code, being Act 247 of 1968, as amended. The duties and powers of such persons shall also be as provided In such Code. (Ord. 398. Passed 5-2-75.)
The term of each member of the Planning Commission shall be four years. (Res. 642. Passed 12-21-77; Res. 643. Passed 12-21-77.)
