235.01 FEE FOR TAX CERTIFICATIONS.

There is hereby established a fee of ten dollars ($10.00) for tax certifications requested of the Aston Township Tax Collector, the Deputy Tax Collector and the Township of Aston, to be paid to the Township Tax Collector, the Deputy Tax Collector or the Township of Aston. 1998 Replacement

SECTION I: Ordinance No. 673, enacted and ordained by the Township of Aston on February 21, 2001, is hereby amended by providing that the annual compensation or salary to be paid to the Tax Collector of the Township shall be Ten Thousand ($10,000.00) Dollars.

SECTION II: This increase of the compensation of the Tax Collector from that hereinfore established and setting the annual compensation or salary of the Tax Collector shall be Ten Thousand ($10,000.00) Dollars and shall be effective as of the first Monday in January, 2001.
