266.01   SPECIAL HEALTH OFFICERS.

Special Health Officers shall be appointed by the Board of Township Commissioners, as follows:

One resident shall be appointed by each Commissioner to represent his ward, and such resident shall serve, without remuneration, as a Special Officer of the Board of Health under the direction of the Deputy Health Officer for a term of one year.
