666.01   DRUG-FREE SCHOOL ZONES.

The Board of Commissioners does hereby enact and resolve, pursuant to Act 31 of 1988, that signs denoting “Drug-Free School Zone”, which are to be eighteen inches by twenty-four inches and available for purchase from the Pennsylvania Department of Corrections, shall be erected within the Township so as to properly delineate and mark those zones within 1,000 feet of any real property on which is located a public, private or parochial school, college or university, as “Drug-Free School Zones” for the purposes of additional penalties and sentencing pur­suant to Act 31 of 1988.
