868.01 LICENSE REQUIRED.

No person shall pump cesspools or septic tanks and/or haul the contents removed therefrom over the public ways of the Township without first obtaining a license therefor as hereinafter provided.  (Ord. 135. Passed 3-30-54.)

 

868.02    LICENSE APPLICATION; ISSUANCE; FEE.

Licenses required by Section 868. 01 shall be issued by the Township Secretary upon an applicant’s filing with such Secretary a satisfactory application for the same on a form provided by the Township and upon payment of a fee for the use of the Township of twenty-five dollars ($25. 00) therefor.  (Ord. 135. 868.03    EFFECTIVE PERIOD OF LICENSES.

The license year shall be from May 1 to April 30 of the succeeding year. All licenses issued in this period shall expire April 30 next after issuance, unless sooner revoked. (Ord. 135. Passed 3-30-54.)
