501. SCHEDULE OF INSPECTIONS
A.
The Township Engineer or his municipal assignee shall inspect all phases
of the installation of the permanent stormwater management and water quality
facilities, including non-structural BMPs.
B.
During
any stage of the work, if the Township Engineer determines that the permanent
stormwater management facilities, water quality facilities, or non-structural
BMPs are not being installed in accordance with the approved Chester Creek
Stormwater Management Plan, the Township shall revoke any existing municipal
permits or issue a stop work order until a revised drainage plan is submitted
and approved, as specified in this Ordinance.
